Jio and itel have now joined hands to launch its cheapest 4G phone in India with the new Itel A23 Pro. In the past, we got few leaks about Jio’s plans to launch the cheaper budget 4G smartphone in India soon. Now finally the company has joined with Chinese smartphone manufacturer itel to fulfill the dream.
The new Itel A23 Pro comes in Sapphire Blue and Lake Blue color options. It looks nothing special in terms of design and comes with a single rear camera. On the front, the Itel A23 Pro comes with 5 inches display huge bezels having an aspect ratio of 16:9. For security, the device features Smart Face Unlock.
The new Itel A23 Pro sports 5.0 inches FWGA TFT display with a resolution of 480*854p. It is powered by 1.4 GHz clocked quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. It also gets microSD card slot for further expansion of storage. It comes with a 2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP selfie shooter.
The new Itel A23 Pro packs 2400 mAh battery and runs on Android 10 Go Edition out of the box. It comes with dual-SIM 4G support with primary SIM data is locked to Jio network and secondary can be used only for calls of any network. The Itel A23 Pro is priced at Rs.3899/- in India and will go on sale from June 1.
Reliance Jio users will also be entitled to get benefits worth Rs.3,000. The benefits worth Rs 3,000 include vouchers from the partner on select prepaid recharge of Rs 249 and above.
