Looks like Realme is considering to compete with Xiaomi again in India but now with its latest mid-range phone Realme 8. Last month Realme introduced the new Realme 8 5G which is also the cheapest 5G phone in India right now. Now just after two months of official launch Realme has decided to cut the price of Realme 8 in India.
Yes, we saw Xiaomi announcing its mid-range phone under the Note 10 series with Redmi Note 10S in India today. Xiaomi has priced almost similar to Realme 8 price at starting cost of Rs.14,999/- for 6GB+64GB in India. But Realme 8 comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB which was priced at Rs.14,999/- during the launch has now got a price cut.
Yes, the Realme 8 will be Rs.4999/- cheaper than the original pricing. So Realme 8 with 4GB+128GB cost Rs.14,499/-, 6GB+128GB at Rs.15,499/- and 8GB+128GB Cyber Black Edition at Rs.16,499/- in India. Looks like we got a pretty sweet deal as Redmi Note 10S is pricier at just Rs.500/- in India.
Looks like Realme doesn’t want to give up its race and wants the customer to consider its Realme 8 4G phone when compared with Redmi Note 10S.
