After the success of Oppo K7 which was launched last year now the brand is launching the successor aka Oppo K9. Yes, Oppo has now officially teased the next K-series phone aka Oppo K9 on Weibo which is all set to land in China next.
As per the teaser, we can see the new Oppo K9 featuring Realme styled design with the rectangular-shaped camera module. Yes, the Oppo K9 looks somewhat similar to its sister brand Realme in terms of design. Further, the new Oppo K9 will carry 64MP triple rear cameras with LED flash.
This time Oppo is also branding the word 09-K Super Performance on the back panel. The teaser also reveals that Oppo K9 will come with 65W fast charging support. Lastly, the teaser states that Oppo K9 will be official on May 6 at 3 PM local China time.
After some hours we got the official Oppo K9 listed on JD.com which revealed all the specs of the device. As per the listing, the Oppo K9 will arrive in two colors with black and gradient. Oppo K9 sports a punch-hole display on the front with no details about the resolution nor screen size.
It comes with either SD870 SoC or MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC as per the source. The Oppo K9 comes in two options with 8GB+128GB or 8GB+256GB. The listing mentions a 4300 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. Lastly, the listing reveals that the Oppo K9 base variant cost 1999 Yuan (Rs.23,500/-) in China.
