After almost a month of teasing the next big flagship from Xiaomi is finally hitting Indian shores on April 23. With just a few days left for the official announcement we now got the first look at the upcoming budget flagship Mi 11X series officially teased.

Yes, Xiaomi India CEO Manu Jain has shared the first look of the new Mi 11X series on Twitter. From the pictures, we can confirm that there are hardly any changes between the Redmi K40 series and the Mi 11X. So this confirms that Mi 11X series is indeed the rebranded version of China’s launched Redmi K40 series.

The new Mi 11X series will indeed come with triple-rear cameras and will feature a glass and metal design. It will get a glossy and shiny back with a gradient touch that shines. The new Mi 11X series will arrive in three new colors with Celestial Blue, Gold, and Pink in India.

Mi 11X comes with an almost similar design as the Mi 11 and the only difference is in terms of processor. The new Mi 11X comes with a 3D curved frosted glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both the device measures 7.8 mm thick and weighs 196 grams.

Redmi K40

The Mi 11X sport the new Samsung E4 AMOLED 6.67 inches FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top and HDR 10 support. Mi 11X is powered by new SD870G SoC with a Snapdragon X52 modem for 5G. The Mi 11X comes with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage version with a microSD card slot.

Redmi K40

The new Mi 11X  features triple-rear cameras with a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.89, OIS support, 8MP 120-degrees Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 5MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p at 960fps. The Mi 11X comes with single selfie cameras with a 20MP sensor.

The new Mi 11X will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.2 support. The Mi 11X also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.

The Mi 11X  packs a 4520 mAh battery with 33W (5G) fast charging support. The new Mi 11X runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12 on top.
