With CES about to start from Jan 11 we now have our first launch from Acer with its new Acer Chromebook Spin 514. The new Acer Chromebook Spin 514 becomes the first AMD Ryzen Mobile Processors & AMD Radeon Graphics. The new Acer Chromebook Spin 514 is a premium 2 in 1 laptop running on Chrome OS.
The new Acer Chromebook Spin 514 chassis is made out of anodized, sandblasted aluminum, and it is MIL-STD 810H certified. It measures 17.35mm thin and weighs 1.35 Kgs. Acer Chromebook Spin 514 sports 14 inches FHD IPS Touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

Acer Chromebook Spin 514 is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 3700C or Ryzen 5 3500C quad-core processor. It comes with Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics coupled with up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB storage.
Connectivity:
It comes with connectivity options like 2x USB Type-C ports, both supporting USB 3.2 Gen 1, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI port, a MicroSD card reader, and Dual-band Wi-Fi 5. According to the company, the laptop will deliver up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Pricing:
The Acer Chromebook Spin 514 (CP514-1H) costs $479.99 (Rs. 35,144/-) and will go on sale from Feb 2021. Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin 514 (CP514-1WH) costs $749.99 (Rs.54,900/-) and will go on sale from March 2021 in the US.
