Previously we got few leaks showing the first look of the new Honor V40 on Weibo. Recently Honor officially shared the launch date of the new Honor V40 which was scheduled to launch on Jan 12 got delayed to Jan 18 later. Now we have the detailed specs sheet of the new Honor V40 leaked online.
As per the source, the new Honor V40 will sport 6.72 inches FHD+ OLED Waterfall display with a resolution of 1236 x 2676p. It will come with 120Hz refresh rates and 300Hz touch sampling rates. It will measure 7.82 mm thick which makes the device super slim and weighs about 184g.
The new Honor V40 will indeed arrive with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space. It gets an NM card slot along with in-display fingerprint scanner support. The new Honor V40 will feature 50MP latest Sony IMX766 main sensor along with 8MP ultra-wide sensor and dual 2MP with depth and macro sensors.
On the front, the Honor V40 ship with a 32MP single selfie camera. All this packed with a 4000 mAh battery with 66W fast wired charging and 45W wireless charging support. The device still runs on Android 10 OS with Honor UI 4.0 on top.
