Previously we got rumours about Xiaomi next mid-range phone with the new Redmi K40. We even got the official teaser revealing the upcoming Redmi K40 Pro key specs. Now we have spotted the alleged Redmi K40 on Chinese certification.
As per the listing, the alleged Redmi K40 has been listed as Xiaomi M2011K2C which has been certified by CMIIT. The listing also reveals some of the details of the alleged Redmi K40 which is now powered by unknown Qualcomm processor. The Redmi K40 might become the first device to ship with SD775 SoC as per various leaks.
Previous leaks revealed that Xiaomi upcoming Redmi K40 might be the first device to ship with SD775 SoC. We even got reports about the Redmi K40 to launch in December and the Redmi K40 Pro by March next year. Apart from this nothing much about the new Redmi K40 is revealed at the moment.
With Redmi K30 5G was the first-ever device powered by SD765G SoC we can expect the history to repeat for the Redmi K40 too. Xiaomi will even introduce the first SD875 SoC powered Redmi K40 Pro too later next year.
