Looks like POCO is still not done with its launch of a new smartphone in India. After back to back two smartphone launches with POCO M2 & POCO X3 we have the third phone lined up for the official launch with POCO C3. Previously we had few leaks about POCO planning to relaunch the Redmi 9C as POCO C3 in India soon.
Now probably the leaks might turn out to be a reality as we had got the first image showing the POCO C3 aka budget smartphone retail box. As per the image, we can see the new POCO C3 on the front of the retail box. On the side, we have details about the device like model number and pricing.
The new POCO C3 will come with model number M2006C3MI. The POCO C3 comes with MRP of Rs.10,990/- for the 4GB+64GB storage variant in India. So we can expect the device might sell around Rs.9999/- in India. With POCO M2 that comes with 6GB+64GB is selling around Rs.10,999/- we can expect the POCO C3 might be priced under 10K.
So fro the leak we can confirm that POCO C3 is nothing but rebranded Redmi 9C that has a model number M2006C3MG. So POCO C3 will come with 6.53 inches HD+ IPS LCD waterdrop display.
It features triple rear cameras with 13MP main sensor, 5MP macro and 2MP depth sensor with LED flash. There is 5MP selfie shooter too included. The POCO C3 will be using MediaTek Helio G35 SoC with 3GB/4GB RAM.
