Looks like OnePlus will turn out to be the next Realme or Xiaomi who started with one device and just went on to the launching spree. Previously we got few leaks suggesting that OnePlus might split up the Nord as a separate brand and consider to launch a new device under budget segment for offline markets.

Now we have some interesting leaks coming in which might give a shock for many who never thought OnePlus will do this. Yes, OnePlus is considering to enter sub-10K segment probably in India soon. As per the source, they have got few source codes revealing the next OnePlus device will be a budget phone.
Not just that, the source also got the processor powering the device. Yup, it’s none other than recently launched SD460 SoC. Previous leaks showed that OnePlus will launch a mid-range device with SD66X series chipset for offline markets but this leaks surprises all. So those who were waiting for budget smartphone from OnePlus we think the wait is almost over.
Now another tipster confirms that OnePlus will indeed launch mid-range phone under 20K in India. As per the source, Oppo will drop the first device powered by SD662 SoC earlier next month in India under 20K segment. Later OnePlus will launch its very own smartphone by the end of Sept in India. The device will feature SD662/SD665 SoC and comes with price tag of Rs.16,000/- to Rs.18,000/- in India.
We are still not sure whether the leaked details are legit at the moment but will have to wait for a few more days to know more.
