Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

Samsung is all set to launch the next successor to Galaxy S10 Lite with the new Galaxy S20 FE soon. Previously we got the key specs with storage variants of the Galaxy S20 FE along with press renders. Now we have some more leaks coming which reveals the processor powering the new Galaxy S20 FE.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

As per the listing, the alleged Galaxy S20 FE is listed as SM-G780F which is the different model as previously we spotted with SM-G781B on Geekbench. Anyway, the Galaxy S20 FE was running on Android 10 OS out of the box. Now the surprising fact is that the alleged Galaxy S20 FE was powered by Exynos 990 SoC instead of the SD865 SoC which was powering the device previously.

So looks like again Samsung playing tricks with two different variants of Galaxy S20 FE one with 5G support for SD865 SoC and 4G variant will be using Exynos 990 SoC. So we can confirm that India might get the Exynos 990 SoC powered Galaxy S20 FE which is disappointing. Anyway, the alleged Galaxy S20 FE is coupled with 8GB RAM and secured 588 under single and 2448 under multi-core test.
