Not just that the source also revealed all the launch details of the new iPhone 12 series and Apple Watch Series 6. As per the source, Apple will first make announcement of the new Apple Watch Series 6 along with 8th Gen iPad on Sept 7 this year.
Yes, this year it will be just a press release with no online-only launch event for the Apple Watch Series 6 & 8th Gen iPad series. Sadly, no details about when exactly the Apple Watch Series 6 & 8th Gen iPad will go on pre-orders or on sale.
Further, the source also confirmed that Apple will announce the new iPhone 12 will launch on Oct 12 through the online event. The new iPhone 12 will go on pre-orders from Oct 12 and will be shipping from Oct 19 in the US. Sadly, this time Apple will delay the release for the top-end models like the iPhone 12 Pro series which will be delayed due to COVID outbreak.
