After launching the new Mi A3 series last year many of the users complained about not so good software experience and every update brings tons of problems. With many complaints from users now we have probably bad news for those waiting for Android One program based devices from Xiaomi.
As per the reports, Xiaomi is planning to ditch the support for Android One program from this year. So basically there will be no Mi A-series smartphone coming this year. Not just that, Xiaomi has also officially confirmed that they will not release any device with Android One Program which indirectly hints no Mi A4 this year.
Xiaomi has still not provided the reason for ditching the Android One Program but we can guess this move is due to delay in rolling out the latest Android updates to their devices. This probably makes user probably ditch the phone as they bought the device due to regular Android updates which Xiaomi didn’t offer.
