So probably the upcoming series might shift to single selfie camera and waterfall display probably.

Further, Realme India CEO Madhav Seth has just teased new faster-charging tech phone soon landing in India. Yes, the tweet suggests 121 lightning bolts and nothing mentioned about the device. So this might probably hint us that India will be the first country to get the new Realme 121W fast charging supported smartphone soon.
