Looks like Xiaomi considering to launch some more flagship or premium mid-range devices later this year in India. Yes, the new report reveals that after Redmi K30 Ultra we have Mi series devices under premium segment coming with Gauguin and Gauguin Pro soon.
As per the report, two devices with codename Gauguin and Gauguin Pro will soon land in China, India and Global markets soon. The codenames were leaked through a beta version of MIUI 12 ROM. Further, the source reveals that Gauguin comes with model number J17 & Gauguin Pro with J17 Pro.
Further, both the new Gauguin and Gauguin Pro comes powered by unknown Qualcomm processor. The report also reveals that J17 aka Gauguin comes with 64MP main sensor whereas the J17 Pro aka Gauguin Pro with 108MP main sensor. Further, the source confirms that both Gauguin and Gauguin Pro models will come with 108MP main sensor in China.
Whereas the Indian and Global variants might come with downgraded 64MP main sensor. Apart from this nothing much about the new Gauguin and Gauguin Pro is revealed.
