Samsung is all set to enter the budget 5G smartphone category with its new lineup of Galaxy A series later next year. Recently Samsung unveiled the country-specific Galaxy A51 5G & Galaxy A71 5G which were launched in the US. Now we might see the expansion of 5G models to more countries starting from next year.
As per the source, the company is all set to launch budget 5G phone later next year with Galaxy A42. The new Galaxy A42 will come with model number SM-A426B which might be the international variant. The new Galaxy A42 is scheduled to go official by early 2021.
As of now, there are no reports about the LTE version of the new Galaxy A42 but we can expect the 4G variant to follow as still 5G networks are not available for countries like India. Further, the report mentions that Galaxy A42 will have base 128GB storage version and will arrive in Gray, Black, and White colours.
Apart from this nothing much about the new Galaxy A42 is revealed and more details might come soon by end of this year.
