Looks like we just got another leak revealing almost all the devices that are launching this year from Samsung. Today, we saw two new leaks revealing the design of Galaxy Fold 2, specs of Galaxy A01 Core and even delay of launch for Galaxy M51. Now we have a new report from South Korea which reveals more details about future launches from the company.
As per the source, due to COVID 19, Samsung had almost delayed most of the smartphone launches and even didn’t got any profit this quarter. It also lost its top smartphone vendor position to Huawei and end up coming to the second position. Now the report reveals Samsung will launch a new smartphone every month right from August.
So let us start with no surprises the first device will be the Galaxy Note20 series. The report indirectly confirms that there will be only two models of Galaxy Note20 which will come in different screen sizes. We can expect it could be the Galaxy Note20 & Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
Later next month i.e Sept the next foldable smartphone aka Galaxy Fold 2 will go official. Initially, we had rumours about Galaxy Fold 2 launching alongside with Galaxy Note20 series which is not happening now. The report also reveals that Galaxy Fold has got larger display than the predecessor comes with foldable UTG screen.
The next month i.e October we have budget 5G flagship with Galaxy S20 Fan Edition launch. Previously we got leaks suggesting the Galaxy S10 Lite successor will be called Galaxy S20 Fan Edition and even got the storage variant details. The previous leaks also reported that Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will go official next year at CES 2021. Now the new report reveals that Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will get October launch which is earlier than expected.
In addition to the above devices, Samsung is also preparing for the new Galaxy Z Flip 5G. As per the source, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is still under production and might be launching by the first half this year. So finally, this year we will see a lot of flagship devices coming from Samsung probably the Fold series will take the premium flagship this year apart from S-series and Note series.
Samsung will also unveil the new Galaxy Watch 3 which might launch with Galaxy Note20 series. Samsung is also working on Galaxy M31s and Galaxy M51 production issues to cope up the mid-range segment.
