Motorola announced the budget Moto G7 Play last year which arrived with Android 9 Pie. Now the company has finally begun rolling out the new Android 10 update to its budget phone Moto G7 Play. Yes, after almost one year of the official launch the Moto G7 Play receiving the Android 10 update.
The Moto G7 Play sold in Brazil is now receiving the Android 10 update. The new update will bring the support for system-wide dark mode, gesture-based navigation along with bugs fixes. The new Moto G7 Play Android 10 update weighs around 1.2 GB in size and is recommended to download the update using stable Wifi connection.
Currently, the update roll-out is in a staged manner and might be limited to few devices for now. Anyway, there is still no word about Android 10 update for Moto G7 Play sold in India. The new update will still feature the old-gen 32 bit software and not the newer 64-bit one which is disappointing.
