Previously we saw various leaks suggesting that Samsung plans to launch the new Galaxy M51 soon India. Now we have some news for the successor to Galaxy M40 with the new Galaxy M41. Sometime in March popular tipster got confused and leaked the alleged 3D renders of Galaxy M41/M51.
As per the reports from South Korea, Samsung has now partnered with TCL for the OLED display of the upcoming smartphone. Yes, this is the first time Samsung using another supplier display as basically the company uses its custom made AMOLED display for its smartphones.
Yes, Samsung will use the Chinese based display supplier TCL Star Optoelectronics Technology OLED display for the upcoming Galaxy M41. The new display will be flexible in nature and is of 6.67 inches FHD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Do note that the same panel is also found on the Xiaomi Mi 10 series and Motorola Edge series.
Not just that Samsung is also testing the BOE made OLED display for Galaxy M41. If TCL manages to supply the displays to Samsung then-future of M series and A-series will use the Chinese made OLED panels. Further, CSOT and BOE have already supplied LCD display to Samsung budget phones in the past. So basically the move will lead to the reduced manufacturing cost of the Galaxy M41 and makes the company price competitively.
