Oppo finally unveils the Oppo R11s and Oppo R11s Plus in China yesterday. After series of leaks, we finally have the Oppo 11s and R11s Plus official.Oppo had already revealed their design on their official website but waited for the official launch to reveal the complete list of the specification.We even had leaks of OnePlus 5T which looks exactly the same as Oppo R11s.The Oppo R11s comes in three colors with Red, Black, and Champagne Gold and is priced at $454 (Rs.30,000/-) and the special Red edition is priced at $484 (Rs.31,500/-) in China and will be available starting from November 10.The Oppo R11s Plus comes in Black and Champagne Gold colors and is priced at $560 (Rs.36,500/-) and will go on sale from November 24.
Oppo R11s and Oppo R11s Plus are having the same specs and design but the only change is in screen size which is a slightly larger screen on the Oppo R11s Plus.Oppo R11s and Oppo R11s Plus come with a new design with thinner bezels at the front and are made out of metal.Due to bezel-less display, there is no physical home button and will be having on-screen navigation buttons and the fingerprint scanner is now moved at the back of the device.At the front above the display, we have the front facing camera, sensor, and earpiece.At the back, we have the Dual camera setup which is aligned horizontally coupled with Dual LED flash and fingerprint scanner below the camera module.On the right of the device, we have the power key and on the left, we have the volume rockers.At the bottom of the device, we have the micro USB port with speaker mesh and 3.5 mm audio port.The Oppo R11s weighs 153 grams and is 7.1 mm thick whereas the Oppo R11s Plus weighs 182 grams and is 7.3 mm thick.
The Oppo R11s sports 6.01 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160*1080p whereas the Oppo R11s sports 6.43 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160*1080p and both are having an aspect ratio of 18:9.
Both the smartphones are powered by SD660 chip 64-bit SoC clocked at 2.2 GHz.The Oppo R11s comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage whereas the larger Oppo R11s Plus comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage.Both the device’s memory can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.
Both the phones come with Dual Camera setup at the back with 20MP+16MP camera combination having an aperture of f/1.7 on both the cameras and 6P+6P lens.At the front, we have the 20MP selfie camera with 5P lens and having an aperture of f/2.0.The selfie camera also comes with additional Portrait mode with AI beauty features which was last seen on Oppo F5.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, 3.5 mm audio port and micro USB port. All this is fueled by 3250 mAh battery on Oppo R11s and 4000 mAh battery on Oppo R11s Plus and both the phone support VOOC flash charging and comes bundled with VOOC charger within the retail package.It is running on Android 7.1.1 with Color OS 3.2 on top.
