Previously we saw various leaks revealing the features of the new Xiaomi Mi Band 5. We even got renders showing the first look of the alleged Xiaomi Mi Band 5. Now the new set of leaks confirms some of the features that will surely arrive with the new Xiaomi Mi Band 5.
As per the source, the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 Global variant will indeed arrive with NFC support after all. Apart from that, there are some additional features added like stress & breathing management, custom DND. Yes, the new Xiaomi Mi Band 5 will arrive with NFC support for making payments wireless with help of tap and pay.
One has to just connect your Mastercard on the Mi Fit app and you are all set to go and make payments with the new Xiaomi Mi Band 5. Sadly, the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 will just show the notification of the call but can’t receive it. The new Custom DND will help to take nap like 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours.
Xiaomi has also added a new Watchface for Avenger fanboys and comes with four pre-installed watch faces. The new Xiaomi Mi Band 5 will look similar to predecessor but carries a larger 1.2 inches Colour display. The new Xiaomi Mi Band 5 will be official later next week and will go on sale from June 18.
