Previously Xiaomi had shown interest to bring some of its premium technology to Indian markets. With the launch of Xiaomi Mi 10 in India, we now have the premium laptop category finally making its entry to Indian shores. Yes, Xiaomi is all set to launch the new Mi NoteBooks in India.
As per the source, Xiaomi might launch the first-ever laptop in India with a rebranded version of China launched RedmiBook 13. The source also got the official marketing material which hints the first laptop will sport 13-inches bezel-less FHD display similar to RedmiBook 13. It will ship with the Intel Core i7 processor and will also get other processor options as well.
The source also revealed that the company might rebrand the 2019 edition of RedmiBook 13 ad not the latest one that came with Ryzen processor. It will come with a larger battery and storage option along with fast read and writing speed. It will feature a full aluminum build similar to Apple MacBooks.
As per the source, the Xiaomi first laptop will launch on June 11 in India.
