LG is all set to launch the new flagship mid-range smartphone with LG Velvet later today in South Korea. Ahead of the official launch, we have finally got the pricing details of the new LG Velvet. Previously LG had revealed almost everything about the new LG Velvet and now we are left with pricing.
As per the report, LG has officially launched a new plan for those who are willing to buy the LG Velvet in South Korea. As per the plan, the user has to use the new LG Velvet for a period of 24 months and then return back to LG. After returning back the device to the company they will refund 50% of the device value back to the customer.
So don’t think the new LG Velvet will be cheaper as LG is planning to price a starting price of 899,800 won (Rs.55,850/-) in Seoul. So 50% after a period of two years will cost 440,900 won (Rs.27,400/-). Seems like the LG has still not learnt the lesson from its previous failures and plans to price too high for a premium mid-ranger. Anyway, will you spend whopping 55K for a mid-range smartphone with SD765G SoC and 5G Support? Do share your thoughts in the comment section below.
