Looks like we got new competitor to Apple and Google with none other than Microsoft under the premium audio segment. Previously Apple announced the new AirPods which were the first TWS earphones from the company and we saw many brands like Samsung, Google to launch their version of the earphones. Now we have the next big US company Microsoft launching its very own wireless earphones later next month.
As per the source, Microsoft is planning to enter the TWS race with its very own Microsoft Surface Earbuds. The new Microsoft Surface Earbuds will first go on sale from May 6 in Europe. Further, the new Microsoft Surface Earbuds can last up to 8 hours without charging case and 16 hours with charging case.
The new Microsoft Surface Earbuds will come with Noise Cancellation along with the integration of Office 365 and Spotify like services. Each earbud comes with touch controls on the outer surface of the bud. All this will cost 199 Euro (Rs.16,300/-) which are slightly higher than Galaxy Buds+ but cheaper when compared with Apple AirPods Pro.
