Previously we saw various leaks revealing almost everything about the new flagship series from Motorola with Motorola Edge & Motorola Edge+. We even got the press renders which revealed both the devices will look similar in terms of design but will ship with a different processor.
Now Motorola has quietly announced the launch date for its flagship series of 2020 on Twitter. As per the post, Motorola states that its flagship series is arriving through an E-event on April 22. Further, the teaser video confirms that the upcoming device will sport 90-degrees Waterfall display which confirms its the new Motorola Edge series.

The new Motorola Edge & Motorola Edge+ will arrive with bezel-less waterfall display with a punch-hole notch. The Motorola Edge is powered by SD765G whereas the Motorola Edge+ with SD865 SoC. Both the devices will have support for 5G out of the box. The new Motorola Edge series will come with triple rear cameras with 108MP+16MP+8MP on the Motorola Edge+ and 64MP+16MP+8MP on the Motorola Edge.
Further, the new Edge brand will be exclusive to Verizon in the US and Globally the device might launch under the Motorola One series or the Moto Z series. So we have to wait for the April 22 launch to know more about the new Motorola Edge series.
