Previously we saw Samsung shutting down its manufacturing plants due to COVID 19 outbreak. Now we have some new reports coming which confirms that Samsung is about to begin with the manufacturing plants very soon.
As per the report, Samsung will begin mass manufacturing of the Galaxy Fold 2 anywhere from next month specifically mid-May. There were reports claiming that Samsung has already completed its trial production run for the next flagship Galaxy Fold 2 and is about to finalise the design for the same.
The report also claimed that we might start receiving the first set of leaks right from the month of June as Samsung will begin with assembly starting from the first week of June. The new Galaxy Fold 2 might launch alongside with the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 series. Further, we even had reports confirming that there is no delay in the launch of the Galaxy Fold 2 or the Galaxy Note 20 and will go official sometime in August 2020.
Further, the source also revealed that the Galaxy Fold 2 will be priced cheaper than the predecessor which might cost below $2000. The report also reveals that Galaxy Fold 2 will even be lighter than the predecessor but still not confirmed will the device come with only 5G variant or will also have LTE version at the moment.
