Previously we saw popular tipster Ishan revealing some of the specs of the new Huawei P40 & P40 Pro along with series of press renders. Now we have another tipster has just revealed almost everything about the new Huawei P40 & P40 Pro including the pricing details.
As per the source, the new Huawei P40 & P40 Pro will come with almost similar specs and design and differ only in terms of display size and cameras. The new Huawei P40 & P40 Pro will sport 6.1 inches FHD+ & 6.58 inches QHD+ 90Hz refresh rates (only for Pro) OLED display. Both the Huawei P40 & P40 Pro will be powered by Kirin 990 SoC with 5G support coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. It also features Nano Memory Card 2 support.
The new Huawei P40 & P40 Pro features the same 32MP selfie sensor whereas the latter comes with additional 3D ToF & IR sensor for Facial recognition. The new Huawei P40 features triple rear cameras with 50MP primary UltraVision with RYYB, 4-in-1 pixel binning, f /1.9, 16MP Ultra-wide angle lens along with 8MP telephoto lens with OIS support and LED flash.
The Huawei P40 Pro features quad-rear cameras with same 50MP primary UltraVision with RYYB, 4-in-1 pixel binning, f /1.9 with OIS, dual 40MP lens one for video other acts as an ultra-wide-angle lens along with 12-megapixel SuperSensing Telephoto, f / 3.4, and 50x SuperSensing zoom without any image loss.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 5G support, Wifi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, A-GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, USB Type-C port and in-display fingerprint scanner. The new Huawei P40 Pro comes with 4200 mAh battery with 40W fast charging whereas Huawei P40 with 3800 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support and no wireless charging support. The new Huawei P40 Pro will also feature IP68 rating making it dust and water-resistant whereas the Huawei P40 lacks. Both the devices run on Android 10 with EMUI 10.1 on top and no Google Services.
The new Huawei P40 comes in black, silver and gold for 799 euros (Rs.65,700/-) whereas the Huawei P40 Pro at 999 euros (Rs.83,600/-).
