Microsoft officially announced their Windows 10 Mobile platform is completely dead earlier this year.Microsoft is only concentrating on apps for Android devices and iOS devices with Windows 10 support for all leading PC manufacturer.
As per latest rumors, Microsoft is still working on Microsoft Surface Phone which may or may not launch it anytime soon.As per rumors, the Microsoft Surface Phone will have a foldable display similar to ZTE recently launched ZTE Axon M.
As per Wincentral, they have received some patents filed by Microsoft which show the display can be folded into two similar to ZTE Axon M.One of the screen is having the camera at the front whereas the other screen is having a camera at the rear of the device.Both the screens are attached via magnetic connection and when both are closed it acts as smartphone whereas when opened it act as a tablet.When the device is opened the camera is covered with a mechanical flap which doesn’t show the camera module.
As per sources, Microsoft has a job opening is looking at candidate having skills in Intel and Qualcomm SoC’s which hint us that Microsoft might launch the mobile device soon.It might be the earlier leaked Andromeda smartphone which was rumored to be the foldable smartphone from Microsoft.
Apart from that, a Twitter user WalkingCat also found that the references to the Journal app in Windows whiteboard which has mentioned left and right page which might be the left and right side of the foldable screen of the alleged Surface phone.
