Previously we saw Honor announcing the Beta update for the new EMUI 10 based on Android 10. Now the company has finally started rolling out the stable update for the last year launched mid-range smartphone Honor 8X in India.
Yes, Honor 8X becomes the next smartphone from Honor to receive the stable Android 10 update. The new update adds some new Android 10 features along with system-wide dark mode. Further, the new Android 10 update also brings the latest EMUI 10 UI on top with features like Magazine Design, Dynamic and naturally based animations for app launches.
Sadly, the device will still stick to Dec 2019 security update and not the Jan 2020. The update weighs around 3.6GB in size and is recommended to download via Wifi. One can check the update notification on the Hi Care app to get the latest update.
