Earlier we saw Xiaomi rolling out the new MIUI 11 update to few devices in China. Now Xiaomi has finally announced the global version of MIUI 11 at the Redmi Note 8 series launch event in India. Not just that, Xiaomi also revealed the timeline along with a list of devices getting the next big update MIUI 11.
As per the list, the first lot of devices getting the Stable MIUI 11 update includes Poco F1, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7, Redmi 7, Redmi Note 7S, Redmi K20 and Redmi Y3 from Oct 22 to Oct 31. The next list of devices will receive the update by Nov 4 to Nov 12 includes Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi 6, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi Note 5, Redmi 5, Redmi 5A, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Y1, Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi 4, Mi Max 2 and Mi Mix 2.
The third list of devices includes Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 6 Pro, Redmi 7A, Redmi 8, Redmi 8A by Nov 13 to Nov 29. The last device to get the MIUI update will be the Redmi Note 8 Pro by Dec 18 to Dec 26. The dates scheduled might vary based on current testing plans.
