Google launched the new Android 10 OS earlier last month and we already saw OnePlus and other brands started rolling out the update to their devices. Now we have new leaks suggesting that Google might force OEM and ODM to launch devices with Android 10.
As per the source, Google will start forcing all smartphone manufacturers to launch their devices with Android 10 right from 31 Jan 2020. So devices which run on Android 9 Pie after the deadline will not be certified by GMS. So this will force OEM to work on their smartphone to come with the latest Android 10 out of the box.
This move might help Google to gain the highest adoption rates for the new Android 10 OS. Further, Google will also push timely Security patches to these devices.
