Earlier we saw many rumours about Huawei and Vivo to soon introduce the waterfall display on their flagship. Now Vivo becomes the first one to launch with Vivo NEX 3 5G in China. The new Vivo NEX 3 will arrive in two colours with Black and White colours and will also come with 4G and 5G models.
Vivo NEX 3 5G is priced at 5698 Yuan (Rs.58,000/-) for 8GB+256GB variant & 6198 Yuan (Rs.62,800/-) for 12GB+256GB whereas the Vivo NEX 3 4G variant with 8GB+128GB is priced at 4998 Yuan (Rs.50,700/-). The new Vivo NEX 3 will go on sale from Sept 21 in China.
The Vivo NEX 3 comes with an all-new custom made Waterfall display with a pressure key on the side that consist array of seven sensors that is combined with a pressure algorithm model and an X-axis motor, sits on the micrometre-level precision recognition and provides a crisp and vibrating experience. Further, Vivo has provided a separate power supply for hidden pressure keys which can be used even while shutting down.
The new Vivo NEX 3 sports 6.89 inches FHD+ Waterfall AMOLED display with HDR10 & in-display fingerprint support. The Vivo NEX 3 is powered by the latest SD855+ SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. The new Vivo NEX 3 features triple-rear cameras which comes with the circular camera module.
The new Vivo NEX 3 features 64MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.7, 0.8μm pixel size coupled with 13MP 120-degrees UltraWide angle sensor with a 13MP telephoto lens having 2x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom with LED flash. The Vivo NEX 3 features selfie pop-up camera with 16MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 along with 3D ToF sensor for facial recognition.
The new Vivo NEX 3 comes with Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, USB Type-C port, NFC, and 3.5 mm audio jack with AK4377A Hi-Fi DAC. The Vivo NEX 3 packs 4500 mAh battery with 44W Ultra-Fast charging support and runs on Android 9 Pie with FunTouch OS 9.1 on top.
