Earlier we saw 3D CAD renders along with live images showing the upcoming flagship from Sony with Sony Xperia 2. Now popular tipster has just shared the official press images of the new Sony Xperia 2 ahead of IFA launch.
As per the source, the new Sony Xperia 2 will look similar to Sony Xperia 1 with new 21:9 aspect ratio CinemaWide display at the front. The only change is the Sony Xperia 2 features triple rear cameras on the back with a dual-LED flash. On the left, we have got the SIM card slot whereas on the right we have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which doubles up like power button, volume rockers and the additional shutter key.
On the bottom, we have got the USB Type-C port along with speaker mesh and no 3.5 mm audio jack. As per leaks, the new Sony Xperia 2 will sport smaller 6.1 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with HDR.
It is powered by same SD855 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Sony Xperia 2 will feature three 12MP sensors one main, ultra-ide sensor and telephoto lens with 2x zoom. The Sony Xperia 2 will arrive in three colours with black, blue and red.
