Earlier we saw the announcement of Xiaomi next iteration of custom skin the MIUI 11 which has not yet been officially launched. Now one of the sources has not only revealed the official date of launch for the MIUI 11 but also revealed the list of devices getting the update.
As per the source, Xiaomi is all set to launch the new MIUI 11 in mid-August alongside with Redmi Note 8. The new MIUI 11 presentation will be similar to MIUI 10 where they will not officially launch the product but just an announcement. Further, the source confirms that the full details about the MIUI 11 will be held on September 2019 alongside with Mi Mix 4.
Apart from that, the source also revealed the list of devices eligible to get the new MIUI 11 update. As per the source, the first stage includes Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro, Xiaomi Mi CC9, Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 9 Explorer, Mi 9SE, Redmi Note 8 and Mi Mix 3. Later the update will roll out to nearly 16 devices with Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi 7, Mi 6X, Mi 6, Mi Play, Mi Max 3, Mi Note 3, Mi Mix 2s, Mi 8 SE, Mi 8, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, and Xiaomi Mi CC9e.
The third list includes Mi Mix 2, Mi MIX, Mi Max 2, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi Note 5A, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi S2, Mi 5X, Mi 5C, Mi 5s Plus. Sadly the list doesn’t include the Redmi Note 6 Pro and Xiaomi Poco F1 but will surely receive the update in later stages.
