Earlier we saw Reliance launching its super-successful JioPhone which had a successor with JioPhone 2 that didn’t do that well in the market. Now the company is planning to introduce the new device with JioPhone 3.
As per the source, the new JioPhone 3 is all set to launch later this month in India. The source also revealed that now the JioPhone 3 will be powered by MediaTek SoC as both the companies are planning for 4G feature phone made for India.
Further, MediaTek Wireless Communication manager said that they are working on a budget feature phone with 4G support along with another feature phone running on Kai OS. Sadly, apart from the chipset nothing much about the new JioPhone 3.
