Earlier we saw Samsung pushing updates to most of its mid-range devices that were launched way back in 2017 & 2016. Now we have good news for Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo users as the company has started rolling out the Android 9 Pie update in India.
The new Android 9 Pie update for Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo weighs around 1.3GB in size and is recommended to download using stable Wifi connection. The new update adds the latest July 2019 Android security patch and also brings the new One UI 1.1. It does get the new Digital Wellbeing and Night mode but will not include all features of One UI and Android 9 Pie. Currently, the new Android 9 Pie update is rolling out in India and might later expand to other markets.
Further, LG is finally rolling out the much-awaited Android 9 Pie update for its 2018 flagship LG V30. Where everyone is waiting for Android Q update the LG is now rolling out the Android 9 Pie update after nearly one year of announcement.
The new Android 9 Pie update is hitting in European units of LG V30 with model number H930. The latest update also gets the July 2019 security patch. The new update brings notification light ring for Always-on display as well as new animation for notification.
