Earlier we saw Reliance launching the budget 4G VoLTE feature phone with JioPhone in India. Now Nokia is following the footsteps and has launched the budget 4G feature phone with Nokia 220 4G along with Nokia 105. The new Nokia 220 4G is the successor to 2014 launched Nokia 220.
The new Nokia 220 4G & Nokia 105 comes with a candy-bar design similar to what we saw in the past with Nokia feature phones. Nokia 220 4G and Nokia 105 measures 13.4 mm and 14.4 mm and weighs 86.5 grams and 74.04 grams respectively. The new Nokia 220 4G and Nokia 105 sport 2.4 inches QQVGA Colour display and 1.77 inches QQVGA Colour display.
The new Nokia 220 4G comes with 16MB RAM and 24MB storage whereas the Nokia 105 with 4MB RAM and 4MB ROM. Both the devices do feature microSD card slot. The Nokia 220 4G comes with Dual SIM with 4G support and directly fallback to 2G whereas the Nokia 105 comes with just 2G support.
The Nokia 220 comes with Bluetooth 4.2, micro USB port, Wireless FM, 3.5 mm audio jack and features VGA camera with LED flash. The Nokia 105 comes with micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio, TorchLight and no cameras. The new Nokia 220 4G comes with 1200 mAh battery and Nokia 105 with 800 mAh battery. Both the devices run on Nokia Series 30+ platform.
Nokia 220 4G is priced at 39 Euros (Rs.3000/-) and comes in Black and White colour whereas the Nokia 105 at 13 Euros (Rs.999/-) and comes in Blue, Black and Pink colours. Both of them will go on sale sometime in August.
