Earlier Nokia promised to provide the latest Android 9 Pie update to all of its devices launched till date. Now we have some bad news for one of the Nokia devices as the company might not provide the latest Android 9 Pie.
As per the source, the budget phone Nokia 2 which launched with Android 7.1.1 and was later updated to Android 8.0 will no longer receive the new Android 9 Pie update. When all the Nokia 2 users waiting for the much-awaited Android 9 Pie update Nokia customer care confirmed that the device will never get the update.
Due to low-end specs, the device can’t handle the latest Android updates further, the company also justified that the device can’t be the part of Android Go OS. So Nokia 2 users are left disappointed with this move from Nokia.
