Nokia has already rolled out the new Android 9 Pie to all of its devices under various price segment. As promised Nokia has now started rolling out the much-awaited Android Pie (Go Edition) to its cheapest smartphone Nokia 1.
Nokia CFO Juho Sarvikas took Twitter to announce the good news that they have already started rolling out the new Android Pie (Go Edition) to Nokia 1 in India. The new Nokia 1 becomes the first Android Go smartphone to get the new Android Pie (Go Edition) OTA update.
The new Android Pie (Go Edition) brings some of the standard Android 9 Pie features to the low-RAM and storage devices. As it is OTA update do note that it might take some time to hit the update on your Nokia 1 so be patient.
