Looks like brands are now under camera race after Nokia announced the new Penta-lens camera with Nokia 9 PureView, now we have Sony working on not five but six rear cameras. Yes, you heard it right its Six rear cameras! wonder how it looks like then check the image below.

As per the tipster, he has managed to get the renders along with camera details about the upcoming Sony Hexa camera phone. From the renders, we can see the new Sony smartphone featuring a similar wider display as seen on Xperia Z1 with almost slimmer bezels on the side and thicker bezels over the top and chin portion.

Above the display, the device carries Dual selfie cameras with 10MP main sensor along with 0.3MP ToF 3D sensor probably for 3D Facial recognition tech which Sony was previously working on. On the back, we have got not one or two or three but six rear cameras aligned vertically in two rows with LED flash.

The new Sony rear cameras come with the 20MP main sensor with f/2.4 aperture, a 48MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.2/f/2.4 below it, 16MP f/2.4 third sensor, 8MP fourth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 12MP Dual Pixel sensor with f/1.2and f/2.4 aperture and 0.5MP 3D ToF sensor. Sadly, the device is still under development and no details about the specs leaked.
