The new Black Shark 2 looks similar to original with the same design featuring metal and glass back with upgraded ‘X-style’ unique antenna design for better reception, RGB logo on the back. The new Black Shark 2 measures 8.77 mm thick and weighs around 205 grams.
The new Black Shark 2 sports 6.39 inches FHD+ 19.5:9 aspect ratio display with an in-display fingerprint scanner on top. The new Black Shark 2 is powered by SD855 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. It comes with unique Hidden press sensitive controls for the display along with AI gaming experience.
As it is gaming smartphone the Black Shark 2 comes with the latest liquid cooling 3.0 with Tower-wide global liquid cooling system which uses liquid-cooled plate + liquid-cooled tube for better cooling and reduces CPU Core temperature up to 14° C.
The new Black Shark 2 features Dual rear cameras with primary 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor having an aperture of f/1.75, 0.8μm pixel size, along with secondary 12MP 1/3.6″ Samsung S5K3M5 telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.2, 1.0μm pixel size and 2x lossless zoom with LED flash. The new Black Shark 2 packs 4000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging support that offers 30 mins of gaming by charging just for 5 mins. The new Black Shark 2 runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
Black Shark 2 is priced at Rs.39,999/- for 6GB+128GB (Shadow Black colour) whereas the 12GB+256GB (Frozen White Colour) at Rs.49,999/- in India. The new Black Shark 2 will be exclusive to Flipkart and will go on sale from June 4.
