Earlier ahead of Galaxy S10 launch Samsung unveiled the mid-range tablet with Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e which arrive with SD670 SoC along with AKG Tuned speakers and 10.5 inches Super AMOLED display. Now XDA Developer had dug out few codenames from the upcoming Galaxy Fold firmware files.
As per the source, Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is not the successor to the last year launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 instead the company will launch the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S5 later this year. As per the config file from Galaxy Fold list many codenames which are officially launched by Samsung but at the end got the codename with GTS5L.
As per the source, the new GTS5L is none other than the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S5. Further, the firmware files also revealed that this time the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5 will come with latest SD855 SoC. Seems like Samsung learned its mistake from Galaxy Tab S4. Anyway, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S5 will not launch anytime sooner than August or Sept this year.
