The Huawei Mate X will be available in single color with Interstellar Blue and will go on sale some time by mid of 2019. The new Huawei Mate X comes with Huawei revolutionary design with new inside out based foldable display. It is made out of metal unibody and features OLED display at the front that folds outward by 180 degrees. It is super slim at just 5.4 mm thick when unfolded and turns to super thick at 11 mm when folded.
The new Huawei Mate X comes with 8.0 OLED QHD+ display (2480 x 2200p) with an aspect ratio of 8:7.1 without any display notch when unfolded and turns into two with one at 6.6 inches (2480 x 1148p) having an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and other with 6.38 inches (2480 x 892p) with an aspect ratio of 25:9.
The new Huawei Mate X comes with a revolutionary Falcon Wing Mechanical Hinge connecting the two displays that have nearly 100 parts inside which is unbreakable and works flawlessly.
On the back, we have triple-cameras powered by Leica Lens which also act as selfie shooter when folded as there is no front-facing camera. the new Huawei Mate X features 40MP primary Wide-angle lens coupled with 16MP Ultra Wide-angle lens and 8MP telephoto lens. It comes with Mirror shooting lets you see your picture as it’s being taken.
Further, it comes with new multi-tasking capabilities where one can simultaneously run two different apps side by side or same app at once without opening the new tab. The new Huawei Mate X is powered by the new Huawei Balong 5000 5G 7nm chipset along with Kirin 980 SoC. It is the only device in the world to come with both NSA and SA 5G technology. It comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.
