Earlier Asus started pushing out the new FOTA update to the recently launched Zenfone Max Pro M2 & Max M2 which got the December version of Android Security patch along with some bug fixes. Now, Asus is rolling out the second FOTA update to both Zenfone Max Pro M2 & Max M2 in India.
The new FOTA update brings some new features on Zenfone Max Pro M2 & Max M2. The new update gets the AI scene detect mode, Improved selfie camera, Upgraded Touch Screen firmware, improves the power consumption along with January 2019 security patch for the Zenfone Max Pro M2.
Whereas the Zenfone Max M2 gets AI Scene Detection mode for the camera, optimizes the camera and the Android System along with the January 2019 security patch. Do note that, the FOTA update will be rolled out in batches and might take longer to reach the update on your device.
