Xiaomi launched the new Mi Max 3 in China last year which never made its way to India. Now we already have the successor in works with the new Mi Max 4 & Mi Max 4 Pro. The new Max series are known for larger display smartphones which come with a larger battery.
As per the source, the Mi Max 4 will sport 7.2 inches waterdrop display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It will feature slimmer bezels than the original as it uses the Chip on Flex tech. The Mi Max 4 will be powered by the SD660 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options.
The Mi Max 4 will feature the same Redmi Note 7 debut 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor along with Super Night mode feature. It will pack whopping 5800 mAh battery and runs Android 9 Pie with MIUI 11 on top. The new Mi Max 4 with 4GB+64GB is expected to cost 1599 Yuan (Rs.16,900/-), 6GB+64GB at 1799 Yuan (Rs.18,900/-) and 2199 Yuan (Rs.21,500/-) for 6GB+128GB
Further, the Mi Max 4 Pro will feature the same display but comes with upgraded SD675 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. It will feature the Sony IMX586 48MP sensor along with 20MP selfie sensor. It will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.
