LG is all set to launch the new mid-range smartphone with LG Q9 later this year. Earlier we had got few renders along with specs leaked. Today, we have spotted the new LG Q9 on Geekbench listing. Not just LG Q9 we also spotted the new Android One device with LG Q9 certified through Bluetooth certification.
As per the listing, the new LG Q9 is listed as LG LM-Q925L which is running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The most shocking thing is that the device is now powered by outdated SD821 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM. So is LG planning to save some money and launch the new LG Q9 as a rebranded version of LG G7 Fit? We have to wait for it.
The LG Q9 managed to secure 1789 under single core and lower 3680 under multi-core performance. Apart from that, LG is also preparing the Android One variant of LG Q9 with LG Q9 One. As per the listing on Bluetooth SIG, the device with a model number with LG-Q927L which is listed as LG Q9 One on the website. Earlier the same model number was spotted on Wifi certification website so LG might launch the Android One smartphone.
The new LG Q9 One is now been certified with Bluetooth 5.0 and is still running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
