Honor is all set to introduce the budget smartphone Honor 8A later next week in China. Earlier we had got official teaser which revealed the key specs of the device. Today, we finally got the detailed specs along with official press renders leaked.
As per the source, the new Honor 8A will sport 6.09 inches waterdrop display with a resolution of 1520*720p. The device will not have a fingerprint scanner and might rely on face unlock for security. The new Honor 8A will ship with the single rear camera when compared with Dual rear cameras on original Honor 7A.
The new Honor 8A will be powered by MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage options. It comes with a dedicated slot for microSD card. The new Honor 8A features 13MP single rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8, PDAF, AF and LED flash and 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. It can shoot videos up to 1080p @30fps.
The Honor 8A runs on EMUI 9.0 with Android 9 Pie out of the box and packs 3050 mAh battery. The new Honor 8A will cost 799 Yuan (Rs.8,100/-) for 3GB+32GB and 3GB+64GB at 999 Yuan (Rs.10,200/-) in China. It will arrive in Blue, Black, Red and Gold color options in China
