Earlier we had got series of leaks and rumors about Samsung working on the new A-series smartphone under premium mid-range segment with Samsung Galaxy A50. We also spotted the device on Geekbench which revealed some of the specs.
Now one of the sources from China has revealed a few more details about the new Samsung Galaxy A50. As per the rumors, the new Samsung Galaxy A50 will arrive with 24MP selfie camera. Earlier leaks shared that the device will feature 24MP rear camera but latest rumors confirm that it will come with the secondary depth sensor.
Further, the new Samsung Galaxy A50 will be the first device to ship with an optical in-display fingerprint scanner and not Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner which is making its debut with Galaxy S10. The Samsung Galaxy A50 will arrive with 4000 mAh battery as per previous leaks.
As per earlier leaks, the Samsung Galaxy A50 will be powered by Exynos 9610 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage option. It will arrive in multiple colors with black, white, silver, blue and pink. The new Samsung Galaxy A50 is expected to launch by Q2 of 2019 i.e after the launch of Samsung Galaxy S10 series.
