Vivo has launched another mid-range smartphone in China with the Vivo Y93s. Vivo Y93s is the higher storage variant of the recently launched Vivo Y93 apart from that all other specs remains the same. The new Vivo Y93s is already up on sale in China for a price tag of 1698 Yuan (Rs.18,000/-) and will come in Zixia Red and Aurora Red colors.
The new Vivo Y93s comes with new Oppo’s waterdrop display at the front and is made out of metal and glossy glass back with gradient colors. The Vivo Y93s is 8.28 mm thick and weighs around 180 grams.
Vivo Y93s sports 6.2 inches HD+ display with a resolution of 1520*720p and having an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Vivo Y93s is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC instead of SD439 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card.
The Vivo Y93s features Dual rear cameras with the 13MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and 2MP secondary sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 along with Dual tone Dual LED flash. It features 8MP selfie camera along with AI features and Face Unlock.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack and no fingerprint scanner support. The Vivo Y93s is packed by 4030 mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 out of the box.
