Earlier Xiaomi has launched a few Wireless speakers which didn’t come with AI support. Later Xiaomi entered the smart speaker category with few AI support which didn’t have a screen. With Google launching the smart display aka Google Home Hub we have Xiaomi entering the race with its first AI-based speaker with touchscreen panel.
As per the source, recently Xiaomi alleged AI based speaker has passed through Bluetooth SIG certification which is listed as MI AI Speaker. The device has received Bluetooth 5.0 certified with A/V Remote control, A2DP, and Low Energy Link Layer protocols.
The Bluetooth SIG also reveals that the alleged Mi AI speaker is powered by MediaTek MT8167S chipset clocked at 1.5 GHz and comes with model number LX04. Apart from this, nothing much about the device is leaked.
