Samsung has finally launched the world’s first quad-camera smartphone with Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) in India. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) will be available in Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue, and Bubblegum Pink colors. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) with 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs.36,990/- whereas the 8GB+128GB at Rs.39,990/- in India.
The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is up on pre-orders through all leading offline retails stores along with Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung eShop and Airtel Online store. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) will go on sale from November 28 in India. The launch offers include Rs.3000/- cashback for HDFC Bank Credit and Debit card users and Airtel Online Store can users can get the phone at a down payment of Rs. 3,690/- and EMI of Rs. 2,349/- for the 6GB variant and a down payment of Rs. 4,890/- and EMI of INR 2,449/- for 8GB variant.

It weighs 183 grams and is 7.8 mm thick.
The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) will sport 6.3 inches 18.5:9 aspect ratio FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display with a resolution of 1080×2220p. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) comes with latest SD660 AIE SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. There is a microSD card slot which can expand storage up to 512GB.
The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) features four rear-cameras with a primary 24MP sensor having an aperture of f/1.7, the secondary telephoto lens of 10MP having an aperture of f/2.4, 8MP 120 degrees Ultra-Wide angle lens with an aperture of f/2.4 and fourth depth sensor of 5MP with an aperture f/2.2. There is 24MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0.
On the back, we have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C Port, 3.5 mm audio jack, NFC and VHT80. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is fueled by 3800 mAh battery with traditional Samsung Adaptive fast charging support. The new Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) runs on Android 8.1 along with Samsung Experience UI on top.
